Ways to Give

Play Your Part

While there have been past campaigns and there will likely be future campaigns, there has never been a campaign as transformational as this one because of the R.P. Simmons Family $29.5 million lead gift. There has never been a more powerful time to invest in the PSO than at this turning point in our history. Together, we can ensure a vibrant and world-class future for the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.

The PSO will work with you to help you make the gift that you want to give in the manner that best fits your financial situation. The PSO requests that donors fulfill their commitment over 5 years, however, we will certainly work with you on a timeframe that suits your needs.

"Steve and I want to see the PSO continue to bring world-class artistic excellence to Pittsburgh. We understand that this means we must significantly increase our endowment and that we must do that now… We understand what it would mean to become a regional orchestra and how that would impact our community."

~ Beverlynn Elliott, Executive Vice Chair, Major Campaign, and PSO Trustee, & husband Steven Elliott
